Griffin Jones is a 2009 C/1B with a 6'4'', 230 lb. frame from Shelby Township, MI who attends Eisenhower. Tall strong build, present strength in build, big raw power potential, strong hands, lots of tools to work with, raw arm strength behind the plate, good flexibility, solid receiver, showed big upside on the mound, second time pitching in five years, long clean arm action, high 3/4 arm slot, heavy fastball with lots of late life, tight spin on curveball, will occasionally have very hard bite to curveball, solid student, D1 prospect on the mound.
