Jeremy Bordeaux is a 5'10"-160 lb., pitcher/middle infielder from Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has a very athletic lean body with smooth actions. On the mound he has quick arm speed and a live arm. Jeremy showed a 81mph fastball, 71 mph curveball, and 66 mph change up from a mid 3/4 arm slot. He has normal effort in his delivery with clean mechanics. Jeremy also worked out in the field and looked very good. Bordeaux showed pro level arm strength throwing 88 mph across the diamond. His feet work well and he shows quick, clean transfers with a quick release. He runs well and has good instincts. Jeremy is a right handed hitter with an open to closed approach. He reaches for too many balls with average bat speed, and shows average hand strength with a tendency to pull too many pitches. With continued improvement of his hitting, Bordeaux should get plenty of college interest. It's worth watching his progress on the mound as well, to see if his arm strength eventually shows there as well.

Jeremy Bordeaux is 2005 RHP/MIF from Virginia Beach, VA. He is 5'10" with a good, live, athletic body and some projectability. He has good infield actions at shortstop and a big league average arm from a side arm release point. Bordeaux has some loop in his swing, but generates some good bat speed with some extension and showed power potential during batting practice. On the mound, Bordeaux used an over the top delivery with solid mechanics. He didn't transfer his 88 mph IF throw to the mound, but shows he has arm strength. Jeremy showed solid command and a feel for his curveball, but his best off-speed pitch was his changeup that had good sink and life. He runs well and shows lots of athletic baseball ability.
