Jeff Dulaney is a 6'2", 170 lb. left handed pitcher from Woodbine, Maryland, with a long body and an extended low 3/4 arm slot. The ball really looks like it comes out of his hand easily. Jeff has above average arm speed and a stand up finish in his delivery. He showed an 80-82 mph fastball to go along with a 66-68 mph curveball and a 76 mph change up. Jeff has fair spin on his curveball with some deception in his delivery from a slight cross body release. Jeff has a projectable body, and should add some velocity as he continues to mature and add strength. He has a chance to be very good at the next level.
