Jared is an "05" catcher from NY. He has a stocky, strong body. He does a decent job of receiving with good online throws and 2.15 pop times, but his #1 tool is the bat. He hits from a wide base using his strong legs and very strong hands well. His compact stroke and quick bat would be even better with more use of the lower body. He has outstanding power potential. Jared is a very good student.
