Andrew Lennington is a 2010 MIF/OF with a 5'11'', 155 lb. frame from Franklin, TN who attends Brentwood Academy. He is a younger player with a medium frame and developing strength. Lennington ran the 60 in 7.59 and threw 76 mph during infield drills. His arm strength was pretty sound for a 2010 and he had a quick release on this throws and clean actions to the ball. He will need to continue to work on his quickness and flow to the ball. Offensively, Lennington hits from a pre load approach and showed some hand strength and bat speed through contact. His swing was a little long during the games but he has some hitting tools to work with and develop. Lennington is also a very good student.
