TJ DiFiore is a 2008 OF from East Catholic HS, residing in Wethersfield, Connecticut, with a 5'8"/160 pound frame. TJ has a lean frame. He hits from an open stance and closes well. DiFiore has a knee lift trigger and a top hand release. He hits with a line drive swing plane and is short to the ball. TJ uses the whole field to hit and makes consistent contact. He had several hits in games and is aggressive on the bases. DiFiore has long arm action from the outfield with an accurate arm at 75 mph. He has solid defensive mechanics and moves to the ball well. TJ needs to shorten his release in the outfield and improve his arm strength. He is a good student.
