Jim Stokes is a 2009 RHP from The Hill School, residing in Royersford, Pennsylvania, with a 6'5"/160 pound frame. Jim was named to the Top Prospect Team. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with long and loose arm action. Stokes has good arm speed with a high leg kick and a minimal effort delivery. His fastball has slight arm side run at 86 mph to go with a tight 11-5 curveball at 75 mph and a changeup with sink at 76 mph. Jim hits from an open and upright stance and looks to pull. He has solid hands and makes consistent contact.
