Stan Bray is a 2008 RHP/C with a 5'11'', 160 lb. frame from Lompoc, California, who attends Dunn High School. Bray has a medium frame with athleticism. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm circle on the back side. He has solid arm speed that helps produce a 75 mph fastball with sinking action at times. He keeps the ball down, and he shows projectable velocity. He also mixes in a 67 mph breaking ball with 11/5 break. He allowed only 2 hits in 3 innings of work. Defensively he has a long arm action behind the dish. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits with a leg lift trigger. He stays balanced through his swing, and he gets extension out front. Also shows solid speed.
