Zach Miller is a 2008 RHP/1B that attends North Stafford HS and resides in Stafford, VA with a 6'4", 195 lb. frame. Zach has a tall athletic build that projects very well. He throws from an OH arm slot with a nice balanced delivery. Zach has a nice downhill plane on his pitches and showed good arm speed. His best off-speed pitch is a tight late-breaking 12 to 6 CB. Zack has some power potential at the plate but really needs to adjust his approach. He needs to work on getting his hands inside the ball and getting more leverage in his swing. At first base Zach makes a nice target and showed good hustle on the field. Zack is a good student that should attract the attention of many mid-level college programs.
