Gabriel Feldman is a 2008 RHP with a 5'11'', 170 lb. frame from Cabin John, MD who attends Walt Whitman. Gabriel has a nice slow paced, balanced delivery. He throws downhill and his fastball was in the upper 80's. We've seen better from him in the past. He showed a cut fastball at 83 that has a chance to be a plus pitch. His curveball was very good at times and he shows a nice 3 pitch mix. He has signed with Wake Forest.

Gabriel Feldman is a 2008 RHP with a 5'11'', 175 lb. frame from CabinJohn, MD who attends Notre Dame Academy. He has a short, stocky, mature build with some present strength. Feldman pitches from a full windup and stays tall over the rubber. He repeats his delivery and high 3/4's release point well and his arm works well with a bit of effort on release. Feldman's fastball was consistent in the 88-91 mph area with good downward angle to the plate and occasional running actions. He pitched with his fastball and moved it around with purpose. Feldman's curveball was big and loose at 71 mph with an early break and could use some tightning up. He didn't show a change up.

Gabriel Feldman is a 2008 right hand pitcher from Whitman HS, residing in Cabin John, MD. Feldman has an average build on a 5'10" 170 lb. frame, pegging him as an undersized righty. However, he performed well at PG National and those that get hung up on his size or lack thereof will miss on a quality pitcher, one that was ranked #70 among PG National Top 85 pitchers. Feldman has a good arm action, with a quick circle on the back side and a quick arm in general. There is some effort in his delivery and he falls off a bit after release. His delivery can create a little timing issue with hitters as he is generally pretty patient in the delivery until separation, when he quickens everything up. With his approach and energy, as well as as his stuff, Feldman looked to be a quality late inning reliever type. His fastball was up to 89 mph and sat in the upper 80s. He threw it with nice downhill angle. He is still developing feel of the fastball, which will ultimately dictate where he fits on a college staff. His mid-70s curveball had quick action and tight spin. Feldman showed good command of his curveball, a must for a late inning reliever... command of a quality secondary pitch. For the most part, a bit more body control in his delivery may give him more fastball command. Feldman is an aggressive thrower who just needs to harness that a bit. He is a good athlete and should be able to make adjustments as he is coached in the coming years. He posted a 6.83 laser timed 60 yard dash. Feldman is a D1 caliber arm and like many undersized right handers, he is going to have to earn his future opportunities with consistent performance.
