Peter Ott is a 2009 3B/P with a 6'2'', 190 lb. frame from Millsboro, DE who attends Sussex Central. Peter has a very good build with a tall athletic body. At the plate Peter is pretty raw mechanically, but shows good upside with big power potential. He tends to rotate to early in his swing and he needs to work on keeping his weight back and staying inside the ball longer. In the field Peter showed very solid third base tools where he has a strong arm and a good release. Peter is a good all-around athlete and a strong student. As he progresses he will be a player that should attract the attention of many mid to high-level college programs.
