Gross is someone to keep track of. He throws well now, but his best years are in front of him. He has a great projectable pitchers body and fairly good arm action. He shows a real feel for pitching. He also is a pretty good athlete. It will be college and then pro ball if this kid does what we think he's capable of.

FB82-86, CB68-71, CH71-74, 3/4 slot, extremely projectable. He works quickly and seems to have a good feel for the mound. He has our favorite type pitchers body, tall and slim with lots of room to grow. We think Gross has a bright future. His best days are ahead of him. We expect him to be throwing in the 90s with a plus breaking ball in the not too far distant future. He's a "top level" student as well.
