Texas righthander Trey Supak, who clocks in at No. 83 in the Perfect Game Draft 500, is one of the most talented and projectable young pitchers in the 2014 draft class. He is also one of the most unknown.

There are three reasons for that.

First, he rarely pitched on the national stage last summer and had a very small footprint with the national scouting community. Supak threw for the Houston Heat Silver at the 17u WWBA National Championship in Marietta, Ga. in early July and also made an appearance at the Area Code Games in Long Beach, Calif., in early August.
