Increasingly over the years, there seem to be more and more Northeast bred high school pitchers that defy the trend of most arms coming from the south and west parts of the United States. True, they are still in the minority, but pitchers like Tyler Beede and Rob Kaminsky certainly proved that not only can good arms come from the Northeast, but they emerge from there as highly polished commodities. And, that’s what upstate New York righthander Scott Blewett is as well. This is not just a talented pitcher with a limited feel for pitching, this is a very complete young arm.
