More often than not when we talk about “toolsy” players in the draft, it’s a term applied to high school players with significant upside. But, sometimes there are elite college players who can be tagged with that moniker as well. These players don’t have to be five-tool players, but simply can have two very loud and noticeable tools. Two of Cal State Fullerton’s Matt Chapman’s tools stack up with just about any player in the country, and those particular tools make him one of the most fascinating college prospects in the nation headed into the June draft.
