Welcome to Perfect Game's first crack at projecting the 2014 MLB Draft. Allan Simpson, David Rawnsley, Frankie Piliere, Todd Gold, Jheremy Brown and Patrick Ebert, along with Baseball Prospectus' Nick Faleris, will play the role of scouting director for each of the 28 teams that own at least one selection among the top 41 overall picks (the end of the Competitive Balance Round A). These picks will be based on our own assessments of the players that are available while keeping in mind the recent drafting preferences of the teams we are responsible for.

Here are the team responsibilities:

Simpson: Mariners, Padres, Rangers, Red Sox, White Sox
Rawnsley: Braves, Rays, Reds, Rockies
Piliere: Angels, Astros, Phillies, Tigers
Gold: Athletics, Dodgers, Marlins, Mets
Brown: Blue Jays, Nationals, Royals
Ebert: Brewers, Indians, Twins
Faleris: Cardinals, Cubs, Diamondbacks, Giants, Pirates
