The next stop on the journey to the PG Super25 is Conroe, TX on April 5-6 for the South Texas Regionals.  Here, the champions of each age group will be crowned to determine the team that will represent South Texas in the PG Super25 National Championships.

At the upcoming tournament, the Houston Banditos organization is looking to prove themselves as the best in the region.  With at least one team in each age group, the Banditos could take a commanding lead in the Organization of the Year standings by earning multiple Super25 berths.  While both their 13u and 14u teams finished 2013 as the #1 ranked team in the nation by Perfect Game, winning the Regional Championship will not come easy.  There are many other talented teams across the board that are certain to put up a fight.

In the 10u Division, the Banditos will be met by the Dallas Tigers, RD42, Team Mizuno USA, and other talented clubs.  The champion will join the Easton Elite (SoCal) and Giants Humacao (Caribbean) as one of the first three teams to earn a berth to the 10u National Championships in Charleston, SC.

The 11u Division features the highly touted Marucci Bulls, Team Mizuno USA, and Twelve Silver.  The RGV Thunder, RD42, Houston Wranglers, and Dynasty Black will also be in the mix for the berth to Nashville.

With the 13u Super25 being held in McKinney, TX, the champion of this division will earn the right to compete in a national championship in their own backyard.  14 teams will compete for the berth, including the Marucci Bulls, Texas Sun Devils, Texas Spikes, and Alex Cintron Baseball to name a few.

Two Banditos teams will be competing in the 14u Division, but other teams such as the ATX Hardball Club and Dynasty 14U will also fight for the chance to play at Jet Blue Park, spring training home to the Boston Red Sox, at the 14u National Championships in Fort Myers, FL.

Visit the tournament pages for more information on the events and participating teams.  Scores will be updated on the site immediately after each game.  Live stats and play-by-play of all the action will be available through GameChanger.
