The 2011 Division-I college and high-school baseball seasons are just around the corner, and scouts will quickly begin focusing their attention on the top prospects for this year’s draft. But you can be sure that they’ll also keep an eye open on the talent in the 2012 draft class, and Perfect Game has assembled its own extensive preview on all the top prospects.
