Elite wins Pastime Midwest Championship @ Indy

Pastime's Midwest Championships at University of Indianapolis/Butler University led to the 3rd title of the year for the U16 Ohio Elite Baseball Team.  The team finished at 6-0 for the tournament (with one of their pool games - vs Pony Express rained out).  3 pool victories led to a #2 seed and then bracket play brought a quartefinal victory over the Cincinnati Tribe and a 8-0 semi-final victory over Team Ontario out of Canada (who was unbeaten in the tournament to that point).  In the Championship Game, they squared off against Hoosier Diamond (5-0 to that point), and won the championship game 10-2.  They now look to defend their 2008 Buckeye Elite Title at the prestigious Columbus, Ohio Showcase/Tournament.
