1. George Piccirilli, c, Osbourn Park HS, Manassas, Va. (2008). A top notch defensive catcher, Piccirilli showed off a big arm and quick release behind the plate--1.95 second pop time to take home the honor of top prospect. At the plate, he is a line-drive type hitter with quick hands. He should be a highest-level college prospect.

2. Rocco Gondek, of, Glastonbury HS, South Glastonbury, Conn. (2007). With a tremendous build (6-3, 200) and several solid tools, Rocco was the most projectable prospect at the showcase. He shows a big arm in the outfield at 85 mph and has plenty of raw power potential at the pl
