RHP Nicholas Rumbelow (Bullard (TX) HS): Rumbelow throws three pitches that show Major League average quality at times in a fastball that topped out at 92 mph, a sharp 81 mph slider and a hard sinking low 80’s change up. He’s also an outstanding student with a verbal commitment to defending NCAA champion LSU.
RHP/SS Nick Sawyer (Hebron HS, Carrollton, TX): Sawyer does everything on the field well, including play both shortstop and the outfield at a very high level and swing the bat with power. He topped at 90 mph on the mound with a hard, sharp curveball and a feel for his pitches. Colleges should be all over him for his two-way ability.
