California Collegiate League: Top 25 Prospects

The California Collegiate League will never be confused with the Cape Cod League. From an overall talent standpoint, it simply doesn’t produce the volume of top prospects that the larger, more established Cape League does. But the Cal Collegiate League does have one team that could more than hold its own with any Cape team, or any other summer-college team, and has the track record to prove it.
