Gore is a highly athletic lefthanded pitcher with impressive arm speed and feel for his secondary pitches. Projectably built, Gore creates a good bit of deception on the mound with a big leg raise over his waist and a whippy arm action towards the plate. His fastball works in the low-90s and has been up to 93 mph with arm-side run. Gore possesses a swing-and-miss offering in the form of his slider, which he throws hard with short break in the low-80s and will also flash a changeup that shows good fade.
