The steady development that Finley has shown over the past couple of years says as much about his future potential as his impressive present repertoire. While he doesn't yet boast a mid-90s fastball like some of the other pitchers selected to the Classic, Finley can touch 92, but more importantly he is a pitcher rather than a thrower.
