1. RHP Anthony DeSclafani (2008/Colts Neck HS/Freehold, NJ): DeSclafani has an easy delivery with a 91 mph fastball. He’s a three pitch guy with a good curveball and change.

 

2. RHP Jason Knapp (2008/North Hunterdon HS/Annandale, NJ): The 6’5”/235 pounder topped out at 90 mph with a heavy fastball and a hard slider.

 

3. OF Charley Thurber (2008/Elmira Free Academy/Elmira, NY): Thurber had the best bat at the event with good extension and very good power to go with a 90 mph arm from the outfield.

 

4. RHP Nicholas Lettas (2008/Smithtown East HS/St James, NY ): Lettas has a live and loose arm with a 91 mph fastball to go with a tight 11-5 curveball.

 

5. RHP Tom Tesauro (2008/The Lawrenceville School/Lawrenceville, NJ): Tesauro has a deceptive delivery with an 89 mph fastball and a very good sinking change.

 

6. RHP Matt Parish (2008/Morristown HS/Morristown, NJ): Parish has good arm speed and a live fastball at 88 mph. He’s got a solid curveball and keeps the ball down well.

 

7. OF/RHP Ryan Thompson (2008/Souhegan HS/Amherst, NH): Thompson has good bat speed and is a gap hitter with an 88 mph arm from the outfield and an 88 mph fastball.

 

8. RHP Eric Pfisterer (2008/Don Bosco Prep/Saddle River, NJ): An athletic player, smooth delivery on the mound with an 87 mph fastball, a 6.81-60 yard, and power at the plate.

 

9. RHP Jerry Battipaglia (2008/Somers HS/Katonah, NY): The 6’6”/220 pounder has good arm speed and an 87 mph fastball and is tough to hit.

 

10. C Connor Gandossy (2008/St Luke’s HS/Redding, CT): Gandossy showed quick feet and a quick release with a 1.88 pop time and solid skills at the plate.

 

11. RHP Nathaniel Roe (2008/Seton Hall Prep/Plainfield, NJ): Roe has a repeatable delivery with an 86 mph fastball and a tight curveball, also has good bat speed and power at the plate.

 

12. RHP Julian Diaz (2008/North Bergen HS/North Bergen, NJ): Diaz has a good fastball at 86 mph and a tight 11-5 curveball at 71 mph that he uses well.

 

13. LHP Justin Higgins (2008/St Paul’s School/Stratham, NH): Higgins has a quick delivery and a fastball with run at 86 mph with a solid slider.

 

14. LHP Matthew Jordan (2008/Kingston HS/Kingston, NY ): Jordan throws a heavy ball with run at 86 mph and has a quick arm.

15. OF Alan Carey (2008/Tottenville HS/Staten Island, NY): Carey has a 90 mph arm from the outfield and 87 across the infield, solid contact hitter at the plate.

 

16. OF Craig Anderson (2008/Passaic Valley HS/Little Falls, NJ): Anderson was 90 mph from the outfield with solid bat speed at the plate; 85 on the mound as well.

 

17. MIF Logan Morello (2008/IMG Academy/Neshanic Station, NJ): Morello is an aggressive hitter with solid bat speed and good range and soft hands in the infield.

 

18. C/OF Michael Samela (2008/Staples HS/Westport, CT): Samela has a 2.02 pop time behind the plate and an 86 mph arm from the outfield, he’s also got good bat speeed and lift in his swing.

 

19. LHP Joe Spano (2008/Seton Hall Prep/Verona, NJ): Spano has a minimal effort delivery with a downward plane on the mound with sold off-speed stuff.

 

20. OF Dean Dignelli (2008/Forman School/Katonah, NY): Dignelli has a good hitting approach with raw power and a strong arm at 85 mph from the outfield.

 

 

2009/2010

 

1. LHP Evan DeLuca (2009/Hunterdon Central HS/Whitehouse, NJ): DeLuca has a repeatable delivery on the mound with a fastball up to 89 mph and a tight slider.

 

2. RHP Michael Theodore (2009/Detroit Country Day/Bloomfield Hills, MI): Theodore has a live arm and topped out at 88 mph to go with a hard slider and sinking change.

 

3. C Mike Lubanski (2009/Malvern Prep/Collegeville, PA): Lubanski has bat speed and power at the plate and has worked hard on his catching, posting a 1.88 pop time.

 

4. SS Marcus Stroman (2009/Patchogue Medford HS/Medford, NY): Stroman has good hands in the infield with a strong arm, he has quick hands at the plate with good strength.

 

5. MIF/P Keenan Kish (2010/Germantown Academy/Worcester, PA): Kish is a very good athlete with a good approach at the plate, good defensive skills at shortstop, and an 84 mph fastball.

 

6. 3B Christian Walker (2009/Kennedy Kenrick HS/Limerick, PA ): Walker has good bat speed with power at the plate to go with a strong arm and good actions at third base.

 

7. C Tyler Donovan (2009/Iona Prep/Brewster, NY): Donovan has solid bat speed at the plate and makes barrel contact to go with quick feet behind the plate and a 2.00 pop time.

 

8. MIF Michael Mercurio (2009/Kennedy Catholic HS/Brewster, NY): Mercurio is a good line drive hitter with good hands at the plate and a strong arm at 84 mph across the infield.

 

9. RHP Devin Burke (2009/Darien HS/Darien, CT): Burke has a quick arm on the mound with a good 85 mph fastball and a solid slider.

 

10. RHP/OF Erik Washburn (2010/Suffield HS/East Hartland, CT ): Washburn has a loose arm with an 81 mph fastball, is an aggressive hitter, and has good actions in the outfield.
