Morton is a hitter with some real pop in his left handed swing. The ball just carries farther than you’d expect it to and he has the ability to square up on the ball consistently. He’s not physically mature and projects well.
Brent Warren

Warren showed his Aflac All American tools, running a 6.48 and hitting the ball with authority, especially with some loft power to left centerfield. His arm strength is beginning to build back up following his December surgery.
Marcus Knecht

Knecht has the raw tools to get attention (6.76 60/90 mph outfield arm strength) and his bat continues to get better each time we see him. He hit the ball hard to the gaps and has very good bat speed.
Geoffrey Rowan

Rowan is one of the quickest catchers we’ve seen this year; his 1.78 best pop was consistent with his other throws and he’s accurate, too. He does a nice job of keeping his swing short and quick.
James Kottaras

Kottaras is a polished hitter who can move the ball around the field, hit to the alleys and work counts. Being a left handed hitting middle infielder is a big plus as well. He won’t hit with the power his older brother, George, has, but his skills play high.
Jake Mitchell

Mitchell has the present stuff to be successful right away at the college level. He pitches at 87 mph with a sharp 73 mph curveball and spots the ball just where he wants to.
Trentt Copeland

Copeland looks like he has pure shortstop actions that will play in the middle infield. He shows flashes of some power with the bat and has an aggressive swing with bat speed.
Nick DaSilva

DeSilva looks the part at 6-4, 190 lbs and throws and easy 85-87 mph fastball. He has a lot of deception in his delivery and hitters looking for his fastball will often see a good hard curveball from the same deceptive release point.
Nicholas Fogarty

Fogarty has been a prominent prospect since he was 14 years old and is very polished with all his pitches. He tops out at 86-87 mph and his curveball is a potential out pitch.

Stewart is a very interesting athlete at 6-5, 190 lbs. He throws 87 mph from a long, loose mid ¾’s release point but is also a 7.0 runner with some pop in his bat. He could really blossom as he matures physically.
Casey Hall

Hall was one of the most projectable pitchers at the showcase. He’s a slender 6-4, 160 lbs and he was consistently 84-86 mph with a good curveball when he stayed on top. He’ll throw harder as he gets stronger.
Chris Booth

Booth has a very loose and athletic 6-4, 180 lb frame and showed speed (6.78) and excellent range in centerfield. His swing looks good, but he lacks strength right now. Watch out as he gets stronger, though.
Peter Bako

Bako has two plusses as a catcher; he’s a quality athlete (including a 7.01 60) and he’s a left handed hitter with some gap pop. He should keep improving and he has the tools to be a good one.
Chad Christensen

Christensen’s approach at the plate is a bit unconventional but he has plus bat speed and attacks the ball with a hitter’s arrogance. He projects to third base when his 6-3, 185 lb frame starts to fill out.
Aaron Labrie

Labrie’s mechanics are very raw but you can see the potential he has; his fastball tops out at 85 mph and his curveball has velocity (73 mph) and hard spin. He’s young and has very good athletic tools.
Josh Biggs

Biggs is loose and projectable at 6-2, 175 lbs and throws 84 mph from the left side with a hard curveball that he like to backdoor right handed hitters with. He should keep getting better.
Mike Reeves

Reeves stood out on defense; he’s quick and agile and has solid arm strength with a best pop time of 1.90. He’s a left handed hitter as a bonus.

Grills has everything you’d want to see in a very young pitching prospect; some present fastball velocity (top 87 mph), a sharp and hard curveball, feel for changing speeds and a very projectable 6-4, 175 lb build. Expect big things!
Kellen Sweeney

Sweeney’s tool is his bat; he has a shorter, quicker swing at the same age than his older brother, Ryan, and he’s going to be strong. Where he ends up defensively is an open ended question.

Winicki is a very young prospect and is a two-way athlete right now. He does everything well on the field and plays hard; we wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up as a position prospect with some pop in his bat.
