Noah Brocato (2016 RHP, Labadie, MO) pitched at 79-83 MPH with his fastball from a slow paced delivery. He has room to fill out and projects for more velocity.
Ty Buckner (2017 RHP, St. Louis, MO) pitched at 77-82 MPH with a loose arm action. He threw an 11/5 curveball at 66 MPH. Buckner projects for more velocity with strength.
Braeden Brown (2016 SS, Burlington, IA) swung the bat well with a double and a triple. He stays inside the ball well with bat speed.
Tyler Hillman (2017 SS, Pella, IA) showed good bat speed with hard contact. He hit a single with an RBI. Good young hitting tools.
Jake Gilbert (2017 1B, Ankeny, IA) showed some pop with a double and a run. He has some strength in his swing with some projectable power.
Alex Mixon (2016 C, Ely, IA) swung that bat well with 2 hits and a run. He has some bat speed and strength in his swing.
