Camden Bauer is a 2016 SS with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from O'Fallon, IL who attends O Fallon HS. Long and angular athletic build, very projectable physically. 5.12 runner in the forty, has smooth athletic actions on defense, stays low through the ball and has quality footwork, soft hands and a good exchange, can throw from multiple arm slots with good carry on his throws, can improve his accuracy, has the tools to stay in the middle infield. Right handed hitter, exaggerated inside hand/swing path, looks to hit the ball to the opposite field, can handle the outside half but struggles on the inside half, has the athleticism and tools to hit but will have to make adjustments to his approach and hand path. Has a chance to be a premium level defender. Excellent student. Verbal commitment to Alabama.
