Tanner Holly is a 2014 C/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Huntsville, TX who attends Huntsville HS. Solid athletic build, good present strength with more to come. Right handed hitter, 2 part load, lacks ideal flow into contact, has strength in swing and loose extension out front, deep hands create length to the ball, shows bat speed and ability to drive the ball into the gaps, ball comes off the barrel well, has hitting tools to continue to develop. Good foot quickness and footwork behind the plate, quick transfer and release, accurate on line throws, lack of ideal arm strength only apparent defensive shortcoming at present, 1.93 best pop time. Good student.
