Jack Kennedy is a 2017 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Annandale, NJ who attends North Hunterdon Reg. Tall, strongly built, young frame with more room to fill out. Pitches from an over the top arm slot and has a short, repeatable arm action. Works downhill and tops at 74 mph with his fastball. Mixes a 12-6 curveball with solid depth at 62 mph. Also flashes a 66 mph changeup with sinking action. Knows how to mix pitches. Also swung the bat, works from a high hand set and shows good bat speed. Hits to all fields and has a sound approach. Gets good extension. Makes accurate throws across the infield and shows soft hands. Very good student.
