Dallas Beaver is a 2016 C/IF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL who attends Heritage Christian HS. Nice athletic build, has some present strength with room for plenty more. Left handed hitter, simple swing mechanics, easy well timed pull back load, shifts into contact well, consistent trigger and balance, long and loose swing with good bat speed and strength at contact, ball comes off the barrel hard, has some lift and uppercut plane in his swing and can drive the ball to the gaps, projectable offensive tools. 7.02 runner, is loose and flexible behind the plate, good arm strength with a clean release, 1.94 best pop time, can improve blocking skills and technique, athletic enough to play other positions on the field. Good all around player whose left handed swing has real potential. Very good student, verbal commitment to Central Florida.
