Carson Angress is a 2015 RHP with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Woodland Hills, CA who attends Chaminade College Preparatory. Long athletic build with wide set shoulders. Pitches from a high three quarters arm slot with a clean compact arm action. Creates downhill leverage with short stride and staying tall on backside of tall and fall delivery. Quick arm, good shape and depth on 12-6 curveball which has taken a small step forward along with the fastball in the past year. Steady developmental progress, trending in the right direction. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine West Top Prospect Team.
