Phillip Ganter is a 2015 RHP with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Norcross, GA who attends Norcross HS. Tall angular athletic build. Very short and compact arm action with some wrap in the back, stays tall over the rubber with a short stride out front, tends to spin off over landing foot. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, some tailing action, keeps fastball down in the zone with good downhill angle consistently. Nice feel for change up with tail and sink and good arm speed. Sweeping curveball with some depth. Has adjustments to make to improve consistency but has a feel for pitching. Good student.
