Jeff Harding, Jr. is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 5-11 196 lb. frame from Cambridge, MD who attends Cambridge-South Dorchester HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength. High energy tall and fall delivery, low to mid 3/4's arm slot, hides the ball well and has deception, creates downhill plane despite height and release point, fast arm. Fastball topped at 93 mph, uses his fastball aggressively, velocity play up, hard tailing action on fastball down in the zone, elevates fastball with intent and can pitch above the hitters hands, nothing straight. Sweeping mid 70's curveball, tends to slow arm coming through, primary fastball pitcher, did not see change up. Could develop slider if he evolves into a high end bullpen arm. Easy to compare to Craig Kimbrell.
