Roque Mercedes is a MLB ++ bodied 6'3/186 RHP from the Dominican. He really looks like a Big League pitcher in every way. He topped at 94 and we've seen him at 96. His curve ball is a + pitch with lots of bite and a sharp late break. He has a great arm and he projects in a big Big League way. He still has a few mechanical issues that affect his control at times, but he's a high level, sky is the limit, pitching prospect. If he were in high school he would be a serious first round possibility.
