Josh Rulli is a 2017 C/OF, 3B with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Riverview, FL who attends Riverview HS. Has a strong build and sign of strength throughout body. Posted a 7.13 second sixty yard dash. From behind the plate, showed solid actions and good footwork. Had good arm strength up to 76 mph and popped as low as 1.85 second sixty yard dash. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a high hand set and leg lift trigger. Has a deep hand load to activate swing, fires quick hands and generates good bat speed to the baseball. Has natural lift through contact and strength off the barrel, clear sign of pull side pop and raw power. Excellent student. Named to 2016 Florida Top Prospect List.
