Tim Salvadore is a 2015 RHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Hopkinton, MA who attends Phillips Academy HS. Tall slender build, plenty of room to get stronger. Tall rotational delivery, over rotates and lands very open on his front side and spins off to first base, will need to make adjustments to his direction to the plate, long extended arm action, low 3/4's arm slot. Mid to upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph early, primary fastball pitcher, gets good running action when down in the zone. Change up has same type of run and fade. Short slurve type breaking ball has sweeping action. Very good student, verbal commitment to Virginia Tech.
