Ryan Marsh is a 2016 3B/1B, OF with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Danville, CA who attends Monte Vista. Large frame, tall athletic build, projects well physically. Switch hitter, stroked a hit to the opposite field from both sides of the plate in final game of the showcase, including an impressive shot of the event's top 2014 pitching prospect. Swung bat very well in games on both days, more natural from the right side, line drive swing plane, quick hands, projectable strength. Good 3B actions defensively, hands work well, solid lateral agility, throws carry, good footwork around 1B bag as well. Good student, named to top prospect list.
