Jordan Prendiz is a 2016 OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Visalia, CA who attends Mt. Whitney HS. Compact frame, athletic build with good present strength and overall athleticism. Loose movements, some quick twitch explosion, ran an impressive 6.63 60-yard dash. Moves well to ball in the outfield, good body control and solid fundamentals, loose armstroke, ball comes out of hand clean. Left handed hitter, low hand set with inside hand path. Works to midfield and opposite field well, flashes some bat speed with occasional strength off the barrel with developing power, lower half can drift occasionally, handsy high finish. Very good student. Verbal commitment to UCLA.
