Weston Bizzle is a 2017 RHP with a 5-10 195 lb. frame from Memphis, TN who attends Christian Brothers HS. Shorter compact build, very good present strength. Unique delivery, all sorts of moving parts, very complex but very well repeated, creates huge amounts of deception for the hitter. Upper 80's fastball, touches 90 when he needs it, mostly straight, fills up the zone with strikes and challenges hitters. Hard curveball is his strikeout pitch, upper 70's with sharp biting action and shows feel for spotting the pitch, will get under it at times for a more sweeping break but gets lots of swing/miss when on top. Very high performance pitcher with a rubber arm and a long track record. Good student with a verbal commitment to Vanderbilt.
