Brett Hyers is a 2015 RHP/ with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Toms River, NJ who attends Toms River North. Extra-large, strong athletic frame who projects well as he continues to add strength to his frame. Primary right-handed pitcher, works from a mid three-quarter arm slot, hides it well, and shows a quick arm action. Throws easy with a sound presence on the mound, worked his fastball in the 81-85 mph range with very good arm side run to it down in the zone. Filled up the strike zone with fastball/slider combo, slider shows sharp break with depth to it at 70 mph. Right-handed batter, starts from a slightly open stance, shows strength in his swing, especially to pull side with line drive contact. Excellent student.
