Jacob Corso is a 2015 1B/LHP/OF with a 6-4 225 lb. frame from Longwood, FL who attends Lake Mary HS. Big extra strong build, mature look. Left handed hitter, open stance, gets closed well, long aggressive swing with very good bat speed, loud contact, showed game ability to make swing adjustments and drive the ball to different fields, big raw power on his pitch, has a nice feel for hitting and isn't just a power-only hitter. 7.45 runner, athletic actions at first base, good footwork and quickness, huge arm strength for the position, will be a positive impact defender at first, might have corner outfield athleticism at the college level.
