Jesse McCord is a 2014 RHP/3B with a 6-0 173 lb. frame from Spanish Fort Estates, AL who attends Spanish Fort HS. Medium young build, some developing strength. Athletic fast paced delivery, compact quick arm action, cross body release and has trouble getting pitches to glove side at times. Steady mid 80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, excellent sink and boring action at times, big sweeping curveball with good spin, shows feel for change up with good arm speed. Three solid pitches and some pitchability. Right handed hitter, open stance, big leg raise trigger but gets foot down, good bat speed, shows pull power, aggressive swing.
