The MC Mariners earned the win over the Bartow Canes in their six inning Championship Game by a score of 11-5. Kendric Jernigan was the offensive force for the Mariners collecting eight hits and a double. He scored three runs, knocked in eight, and stole seven bases in the tournament.
On the mound, Jack McCune was the star tossing seven innings and earning a win in their pool play game. He only allowed three hits total in the tournament and struck out two batters and getting most of his outs on weak contact.

After the Bombers prompted a rally in the bottom of the sixth, the Astros were able to get a swinging strikeout to end the game and secure them the win with a 5-4 final score. Ira Jeffries collected six hits at the plate with two doubles, seven RBI, and three runs scored.
Jake Hembree was just as impressive on the mound earning a win and a save over seven innings pitched. He allowed just two runs on three hits and struck out seven batters over his outings.

13u Minor Division Champion: Southern Elite 13u
In a walk-off Championship win, the Southern Elite topped the Knoxville Stars in an eight inning contest that ended with a Drew Reich walk-off single up the middle to give a final score of 9-8. Reich dominated for Southern Elite at the plate collecting eight hits in 13 at-bats with five going for extra bases. He scored six runs and knocked in eight, while stealing two bases.
Lefthander Caleb Leggett was ultra impressive on the mound for Southern Elite as he tossed four innings in one of their pool play games Saturday. He allowed only one earned run on one hit and struck out seven batters.

13u Major Division Champion: Team Elite Prospects 13u
The Team Elite Prospects defeated the East Cobb Astros in the 13U Minor Championship by a final score of 10-5 over seven innings played. They were led offensively by Kenneth Mallory Jr who collected 10 hits over the three days with a pair of extra-base hits, five RBI and 10 runs scored.
Their top starter, Ayden Digiacomo, tossed six total innings and allowed just one run on five hits, while striking out 7 batters. Digiacomo was a key piece for them on the mound as he pitched in a pair of their playoff games.
