Syler Shepherd

Shepherd had a very solid showcase in a variety of ways. The primary catcher popped as low as a 1.96 in defensive drills, and the ball comes out of his hand well. Shepherd also really showed well with the bat, displaying a very level, line-drive swing plane. He also ran a 7.04 second 60-yard dash, a very solid time for a primary catcher.
Connor Denning

Uncommitted
Denning is an athletic middle infielder who showed well in every facet of the showcase. After throwing an impressive 85 mph across the diamond Denning showed similar arm strength on the mound topping out at 85 mph with a low-70s curveball. His righthanded swing also stood out for the strength he's able to generate at contact with nice extension out front.

Brooks is a physical 6-foot-2, 195-pound third baseman who put his arm strength on display all weekend and all over the field. A primary second baseman, Burton began his showcase by turning in one of the top 60-yard dash times with a 6.88. A lefthanded hitter, Burton showed both looseness and fluidity in the batters with natural lift to his pull side while displaying a feel for the barrel and ability to go to the opposite field.
John Patrick (JP) Flores
SS - 2017 - Valencia, CA
Occidental College
Flores has very smooth actions in the infield. The primary shortstop moves well to either side and he has quick hands and an easy release. The compactly-built athlete has very good body control and he knows how to play to his strengths at the plate. The righthanded hitter has a contact-oriented approach and looseness, fluidity in the swing plane.
Hunter Jump
3B - 2017 - Aliso Viejo, CA
Arizona State
Hunter Jump had a nice all around showcase as he ranked amongst the top of several categories thanks to his strong right arm. Throwing 85 mph from the outfield, 83 across the diamond and 84 off the bump, Jump's lefthanded swing was just as impressive as he showed natural strength off the barrel and the ability to create extension out front.
Marcus Lydon
SS - 2017 - Eugene, OR
Seattle
A primary middle infielder, Lydon showed present strength on his 5-foot-10 frame as well as lateral range up the middle and arm strength across the diamond from a short arm action, which he showed on the mound where he topped out at 83 mph. His righthanded bat may be his loudest tool as he showed interesting strength off the barrel with leverage and carry to his pull side.
Tyler Quinn
OF - 2017 - Gilbert, AZ
Chandler-Gilbert CC
A lean and projectable 6-foot-1, 165-pound outfielder, Quinn impressed on the first day of the showcase with his measurables as he displayed sound and consistent actions in the outfield where he topped out at 86 mph. Along with the second best outfield velocity, Quinn also turned in the top 60-yard times with an impressive 6.75 time.

He also shows nice bat speed that projects well and flashes strength off the barrel.
Vincent Martin

Although listed as a primary third baseman where he showed nice arm strength and sound, balanced actions, Martin also impressed during his two innings on the mound. A strongly built sophomore, Martin consistently ran his fastball up to 84 mph with a full and fluid arm action, generating solid downhill plane and a quality changeup at 75 mph.
Joe Georgini
IF - 2018 - Casa Grande, AZ
New Jersey Tech
Georgini was very impressive on the mound this weekend. The 6-foot-2, 200 pound righty is a primary infielder, but he looked the part on the rubber. He showcased good arm strength, topping out at 84 mph and consistently working in the 80-83 mph range with his fastball. Additionally, he showed solid feel for a low-70s slider that has swing and miss potential and was consistently working to the bottom half of the strike zone.
Justice Panton
SS - 2018 - Phoenix, AZ
Chandler-Gilbert CC
Panton, a primary shortstop, is a good athlete that displayed good actions and soft hands in the infield both during drills and in game action. At the plate Panton has good bat speed for his age and flashed solid line-drive contact into both gaps. He has a projectable, well-proportioned 5-foot-11, 150 pound frame and should only continue to improve with additional strength and experience.
Sam Wibbels
RHP - 2019 - Hastings, NE
Kentucky
One of just a couple freshman in attendance, Wibbels stuff on the mound stood out amongst the showcase as he first threw the top velocity across the infield at 89 mph before jumping on the mound. The young righthander projects very nicely moving forward and displayed a strong feel for a three-pitch mix including a fastball that topped at 86 mph.
