Daryl Lewis

Lewis was the hardest thrower at the showcase, sitting at 88-90 mph for four innings and showing a sharp breaking curveball in the low 70’s. Lewis’s arm stroke is very short and quick and hitters had a very difficult time picking up the ball.
Jono Waugh

Not only does Waugh have some very solid tools both offensively and defensively, including 6.70 speed, he plays the game the way it’s supposed to be played. He’s a competitor along with being an athlete.
Jason Brock

The 6-6 Brock has is a very good athlete with solid athletic genes and the change to get a lot better. He touched 88 mph in Ft. Myers from the left side and showed he could spin the ball, too.
Nathan Lape

Lape is tall and angular at 6-5, 200 lbs and could be a very strong man when he finishes growing. He ran a blazing 6.63 in Fort Myers, showed great instincts on the bases and covers all of centerfield with his long strides. Lape’s swing is good and he gets very good extension for future power projection.
Josh Upchurch

Upchurch is a prototypical leadoff hitter/centerfielder with above average speed and a sound hitting approach at the plate. He showed us flashes of some pop in his bat that could develop more in the future.
Frank Compagnone

Compagnone is a power hitting outfielder who has grown a couple of inches to 6-3 in the last year and is just starting to pitch. He touched 86 mph with a sharp curveball and loose, easy arm stroke. He could be in the low 90’s soon.
Bobby Hernandez

Barry
Hernandez came to Sunshine East as a pitcher and showed his stuff with a mid to upper 80’s fastball. He left as a power hitting prospect as well after a strong batting practice and long game home run.
Teddy Fallon
RHP - 2005 - Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Boston College
Fallon is a projectable 6-2, 175 athlete who got everyone’s attention throwing 91 mph from the outfield. He topped at 87 from the mound with excellent moving live on his fastball and a sharp 73 mph curveball.
Rian Kiniry

Kiniry doesn’t jump out at you at 5-10, 165 lbs. but he has some very nice tools. He’s an average big league runner with plus arm strength from the outfield and swings a good bat from the left side. It would be interesting to see him play in the middle infield.

Weather’s tool is his bat. He generates very good bat speed and has a sound, mature approach at the plate. He has good quickness for his size and if he can firm up his body a bit, he should become a solid Division I catcher as well.

Robinson drew comparisons to former Twins first rounder Denard Span with his left handed swing and blazing 6.5 speed. He’s a very good defensive centerfielder with a strong arm and great range.
Adam Veres

Veres looks like a polished product with a 6-3, 205 lb build, mid 80’s fastball, quality curveball and smooth mechanics. He might be throwing very hard in another year.
John Tolisano

Tolisano is doing his best to prove to us that he can stay at shortstop for many years to come. He has excellent range and plenty of arm strength. Tolisano’s bat is among the best in the country regardless of class.
Hunter Ovens

Ovens is a polished player for a rising sophomore and has a plus body at 6-2, 190 lbs already. We think he’s going to really hit and hit with power in the future.
Cody Allen

Allen has the makings of a big time power pitcher. He’s already throwing in the mid 80’s with a power breaking ball and he’s a top notch athlete, too.
