Trahan was outstanding in all aspects of the game and it looked like he had firmed up his already impressively strong body. The jury is still out on his overall catching skills but his tools line up with anyone in the country.

Stankiewicz was up to 92 mph on his fastball and his arm works very well. He'll have to find some more power for his slider, which has the right shape and spin but is only 78-80 mph, to take the next step forward as a prospect.

Gottsacker opened eyes with his hitting ability in Houston, going 7-7 at the plate in games, including a home run and a couple of doubles. His run and throw tools in the outfield are solid.

Menard compares naturally to his summer club teammate Stryker Trahan as extra strong catchers with surprising speed and athleticism for their size. Menard is the more polished defensive player at the moment.

Lewis was the power star of the event, hitting 4-5 home runs in batting practice and another in game action. He is very strong for his size and attacks the ball aggressively with bat speed. He also threw 87 mph off the mound.

Dishon is a line drive machine at the plate and his 6.53 speed is a constant both in the field and on defense. He's a very sound fundamental player to go with his tools.

Garza is a quality two-way prospect as a third baseman and right handed pitcher. He graded out higher at this event as a pitcher, with a fastball to 88 mph, a very sharp curveball and an advanced idea how to pitch.

Trieglaff has intriguing two-way potential due to his arm strength, which is only one of his many catching tools behind the plate. If his bat doesn't come, he already touches 90 mph off the mound with more potentially there.

Manning is a very versatile player; a switch hitter with good speed (6.88), a cannon arm from shortstop (90 mph across the infield) and sound fielding fundamentals in the middle of the field.

Hardy was one of the top defensive players at the event, with excellent outfield arm strength, very good instincts and 6.9 speed. His right handed swing shows raw bat speed and good projection with some mechanical adjustments.

Rand has a slender and very projectable 6-4/180 lb build but unexpectedly his best tool is his speed, where he ran 6.64 in the 60. He has a smooth, easy swing that should keep improving as he adds strength.

Barker got everyone's attention throwing 91 from the outfield in drills and then showed himself to be a polished and projectable young right hander on the mound, topping out at 86 mph with three solid off speed pitches.
