Event Information

This is the 14th annual 18U WWBA National Championship, which will take place in northwest Atlanta. Past champions of this event include: Florida Bombers (2002), Florida Bombers (2003), Diamond Devils (2004), Florida Bombers (2005), Florida Bombers (2006), Chet Lemons Juice (2007), Florida Bombers (2008), East Cobb Braves 17u (2009), Florida Bombers (2010), San Diego Show (2011), East Cobb Yankees 18u (2012), Dulin Dodgers (2013), and Knights Baseball 18u National (2014) 

**No Metal Spikes Allowed at LakePoint**

BAT TYPE: Wood bat only. Must be composed of one solid piece of wood. Composite bats are not allowed.

ENTRY FEE: $2250/team

AGE LIMIT: 2015 Graduate or Born on/after May 1, 1996 

COOLERS: Coolers/drinks will NOT be allowed. 

GAMES: 7 guaranteed, weather permitting. Teams are expected to be able to play Friday June 26th at 8AM. 

FORMAT: Teams will play 7 pool games in the first 6 days of the tournament. The 2nd will consist of just playoffs and the 3rd will only have the final four teams playing. 

HOTELS: All teams will be required to book housing through LakePoint's official housing bureau. You will be notified as soon as we are ready to start accepting reservations.

GATE PRICES: 
All Tournament Pass (entry to all games during week) - $55/person 

Daily Pass (entry to all games during specific day) - $10/person 

Children 14 and younger are free.

Parking:  $5 (LakePoint complex only. This is standard LakePoint Sports policy.)

Format
2015 18U WWBA National Championship

- 7 Game Guarantee/ Weather Permitting

- Teams are expected to be ready to play at 8:00am Friday, June 26

- 128 total teams

- 16 pools of 8 teams each

- Each team will be expected to play 1 game each day

- Pool winners will advance into a single elimination playoff bracket

- Pool winners will match up based on their pool; A vs. B, C vs. D, etc.

- Playoffs will start Thursday July 2

- Semifinals and Finals will be on Friday July 3
