Sean Pat McDermott (2015 1B, Cartersville, GA) impressed with an opposite field home run, he has tremendous strength at contact and as he learns to harness that strength it could begin to translate to plus raw power.

His six swings from the left side were arguably the highlight of the 300+ player session of BP, showing an impressive combination of bat speed and strength with good coordination and barrel control. He also showed Divison I hitting tools from the right side as well and was one of the biggest standouts of the day.

Lane Wilson (2015 RHP, Aragon, GA) showed that he's certainly not just a pitcher at this point. He showed a quick loose swing that projects well, and as he learns to utilize his lower half more effectively he should begin to develop power to go with his bat to ball skills.

Cole Buffington (2015 C, Marietta, GA) showed good carry to all fields from a short swing with solid bat speed and loose strength. It was an impressive showing to go with his performance in the catcher workout and he looks to be one of the top prospects in attendance at this point.
