2016 14u PG Select Baseball Festival Event Page | Rosters

In the spirit of continuing to grow the game of baseball while providing the platform for its elite players to develop and showcase their skills, earlier this year Perfect Game was excited to announce the 14u Perfect Game Select Baseball Festival. The rosters for the event were released on July 31 and can be viewed by clicking on the link just above.

Tickets for this inaugural event are now available to purchase and print via the event's Eventbright page, and are available for $5.00 each:

2016 14u PG Select Baseball Festival Online Ticket Orders

The game will consist of the very best 14u players in North America, and players, parents, scouts and fans all had the opportunity to cast their votes online to be a part of the selection process. The 40 spots, which will be split between two 20-man rosters in an East/West matchup, were made available based on performances by the players at Perfect Game events, and each player that did not turn 15 years old by May 1, 2016, was eligible for consideration.

The Select Baseball Festival will take place on Labor Day weekend, with the game being played on Sunday, September 4 at 7:00 p.m. EST at JetBlue Ballpark, the Spring Training home of the Boston Red Sox. The JetBlue Player Development Complex serves as the home for several Perfect Game events, including the annual Junior National and National Showcases in mid-June. The players will stay at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect Game is humbled and honored to be able to have proceeds from this event benefit Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. GCH is the only children’s hospital between Tampa and Miami, and it provides vital healthcare for the region’s sick and injured children and their families, from infancy through age 18. There is no player participation fee for all players selected and the weekend will include an awards dinner for the athletes and their families.
